Delivery Instructions
1. Dear Customer, We aim to serve you within 24 hours.
2. Minimum order quantity is 3 jar.
3. If you don't have empty Aqua World jar, there will be (refundable) deposit charge of Rs. 300/- per jar.
4. It is mandatory to handover empty jars.
5. Our Delivery Hours are from 6 am to 6 pm on all days except saturday. Please note that there will be no deliveries during public holidays and saturdays.
6. Customer is eligible to raise any requests related to the discrepancy in delivery updates within three days upon receiving communication on his/her registered mobile/email. Such requests can be raised on our customer service number 9851318038/015223028 or email- customercare@aquaworld.com.np.
